Overview
Verbull reimagines a finance app as something you do with people instead of alone in a spreadsheet. At its center is a friends-feed — a social layer that makes markets, moves, and milestones a shared, conversational experience rather than a solitary one.
What I built
- A friends-feed social layer — the social graph, feed generation, and the interactions around it.
- A Supabase backend modeled and secured with production-grade practices — proper schema design, row-level security, and a clean separation between staging and production.
- An iOS client that keeps the feed fast and live.
Why it matters
Verbull is where I'm most disciplined about the boundary between staging and production. It's taught me the habit of never pointing a migration or a test at a live backend, and of keeping a clean separation between "where I experiment" and "where the real data lives."
